Delivery & returns

DELIVERY WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

Standard delivery costs R150 per order. Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks from the date you place your order. This is the total estimated time to receive your order.

Delivery may be arranged through The Courier Guy, PUDO or PAXI, depending on the destination and available service. If a collection point or locker is used, we will agree the collection location with you.

Need an item for a specific date? Contact orders@kinkza.co.za before ordering to check whether your timeframe can be met.

DELIVERY QUESTIONS

For address corrections, delivery questions or a delayed parcel, email orders@kinkza.co.za with your order number. International delivery is not currently offered.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please contact orders@kinkza.co.za with your order number before sending any item back. Items sent without return instructions may not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety, adult wellness products cannot usually be returned after sealed packaging has been opened or a hygiene seal has been broken. This does not limit your rights in relation to faulty, unsafe, defective, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed items under applicable law.

If an item is damaged, incorrect, defective or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photographs where available. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
