Delivery areas, delivery charges, handling times, packaging and returns procedures are being finalised alongside our suppliers. These details are not yet confirmed.

Demo orders are not deliveries.

The sample catalogue is for testing our storefront. Demo checkout attempts must use a test payment gateway only; they will not be fulfilled.

Product-specific returns.

The final returns policy will explain how to report damaged or incorrect items, applicable hygiene conditions and your statutory rights. It will be available before real orders are enabled.
