Welcome to KINKZA. These Terms of Service apply when you visit, browse or purchase from kinkza.co.za. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean KINKZA.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT

KINKZA sells adult wellness products. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or place an order. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to display products, descriptions and prices accurately. Colours, appearance and packaging can vary from what you see on your screen. Product information is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. Read the manufacturer’s instructions and consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

Product availability may change. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product where necessary. We may correct obvious errors in product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges or availability.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or decline an order, including where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, or payment cannot be processed. If we cannot accept or need to cancel an order, we will use the contact details supplied with the order to notify you and will handle any payment received in accordance with applicable law.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a cancellation, contact orders@kinkza.co.za as soon as possible. Cancellation requests after dispatch may not be possible.

4. PRICES

Prices and delivery charges shown on the website or at checkout may change before an order is submitted. The applicable price and delivery charge will be shown before you place your order. Where an obvious error has occurred, we may correct it and contact you about the available options.

5. DELIVERY

We currently deliver within South Africa. Standard delivery costs R150 per order. Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks from the date an order is placed. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping policy for full delivery information.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these Terms or that policy limits any rights you have under applicable South African law.

7. ACCOUNTS AND ACCURATE INFORMATION

If you create an account or place an order, you must provide accurate, current information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use this website only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, use false information, or use the site in a way that harms KINKZA, Shopify or other users.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The KINKZA name, website content, designs, images and other materials are owned by or licensed to KINKZA or their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. PRIVACY AND SHOPIFY

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy policy. KINKZA is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform used to operate this store. Sales and purchases are made directly with KINKZA. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and KINKZA.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KINKZA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
